Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This rental allows 30+ night stays. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Guests are not allowed to use the conference room. All dog droppings have to be picked up immediately. Only four people per unit are allowed in the pool at one time. There is an HOA and they do not allow anything to be stored on the balcony and nothing to hang over the railing.
